Who created all of this? Who said we should be around people all the time?

The environments we have been living in for a long time have become so strange. It became a place where uniqueness is very rare, and the beautiful things, including sitting alone, became embarrassing.

Have you ever tried to sit in a restaurant alone and eat? Have you noticed how weird it feels? It is not! But people will stare at you a lot, and sometimes it is not from people; it is from ourselves. We normalized it until it became habitual in our lives.

In my boarding school, people who sit alone sometimes and read are considered the depressed and isolated ones. And there are so many people who want to do it as well and read or do some things alone. But they are too afraid of what people will say about it, which is the biggest issue we are having nowadays: caring about how everyone else will perceive us.

People who do what they love become infrequent.

These days, doing what we love or prefer makes us seem selfish. That is how everyone recognizes us when we bring our own food or buy something for ourselves in general.
